Our website will always display all our current inventoried products, even if an item is currently out of stock. If you have a question about when a specific item will be back in stock, please contact us.

There are three easy ways to order:

3. Order online—www.oldtownimports.com. During checkout you will register and receive a username and password for your personal online account.

Order Processing & Shipments

Old Town Imports services customers within the United States. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and all in-stock items will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Due to the weight of our products, we recommend standard ground shipping services via UPS. Next Day and 2-Day services are also available. Online orders will display exact shipping & handling charges upon checkout. Telephone, email, or fax orders will be verified with you by a member of our staff, at which time we will provide shipping costs.

Order Modifications

In most cases, your order will be shipped within one business day. In the rare case you have a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at (801) 262-3022. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are subject to our regular Return Policy.
